Sri Aurobindo symbol
Sri Aurobindo

This compilation deals primarily with the role of the Divine Mother in the practice of the Integral Yoga. In these letters to his disciples, mostly written in the 1930s, Sri Aurobindo explains who the Mother is, her Presence, Light, and Force, and how to open oneself to her help. He explains many of the key practices of the Yoga, such as a complete surrender to the Mother; developing a true relation with her through faith, devotion, and love; working for her as part of one's sadhana; receiving her help in difficulties; and understanding her human embodiment.
