As you know I am not in the habit of accepting presents from people. However once somebody had brought a box of chocolates or something like that. The Mother gave it to me saying: “C' est trés bon [It is very good]. Take it, Champaklal, it is from me.”
Along with the box was a paper on which she had written:
”Take it as coming from me.”
