I give you the blessings given to all my children wherever they are in the world and tell you, "Prepare yourself, my help will always be with you."

The Mother

What one has to do is to put oneself in the Mother's hands and open oneself to her by service, by bhakti, by aspiration; then the Mother by her light and force works in him so that the sadhana is done.

Sri Aurobindo

You will await your joys and pleasures from the Divine alone. In him alone will you seek and find help and support. He will comfort you in all your sorrows, guide you on the path, lift you up if you stumble, and if there are moments of failure and exhaustion, he will take you up in his strong arms of love and . enfold you in his soothing sweetness.

The Mother

C'est du Divin seul que vous attendrez vos joies et vos plaisirs. ; C'est en lui seul que vous chercherez et trouverez l'aide et le soutien. Il vous consolera de toutes vos peines, vous conduira sur le chemin, vous redressera si vous trébuchez et, si des moments de défaillance et d'épuisement se produisent, c'est Lui qui vous recevra dans ses puissants bras d'amour et vous enveloppera de sa douceur réconfortante.

La Mère

It is because we have the complete experience that we can show a straighter and easier road to others - if they will only consent to take it. It is because of our experience won at a tremendous price that we can urge upon you and others, "Take the psychic attitude; follow the straight sunlit path, with the Divine openly or secretly upbearing you - if secretly, he will yet show himself in good time, - do not insist on the hard, hampered, roundabout and difficult journey."

C'est parce que notre expérience est complète que nous pouvons indiquer aux autres une route plus directe et plus facile - si seulement ils consentent à l'emprunter. C'est en raison de notre expérience, acquise à un prix énorme, que nous pouvons vous exhorter ainsi, vous et les autres : « Adoptez l'attitude psychique ; suivez le chemin direct et ensoleillé, en vous laissant porter ouvertement ou secrètement par le Divin ; même s'il se cache, il se révélera, le moment venu; ne vous obstinez pas à suivre le chemin pénible et plein d'obstacles, tortueux et difficile. »

Sitting calm and quiet remember the Mother and open yourself to Her. This is the rule of meditation.

The realisation of the Divine is the one thing needful and the rest is desirable only in so far as it helps or leads towards that or when it is realised, extends or manifests the realisation.

Sri Aurobindo has given up his body in an act of supreme unselfishness, renouncing the realisation in his own body to hasten the hour of the collective realisation. Surely if the earth were more responsive, this would not have been necessary.

Sri Aurobindo a fait l'abandon de son corps dans un acte suprême d'impersonnalité, renonçant à sa réalisation corporelle/ afin de hâter le moment de la réalisation collective. Sûrement si la terre était plus réceptive cela n'aurait pas été nécessaire.
